Shop Policies
At Ink & Impact, we value your experience and aim to provide high-quality digital products and custom merchandise. Below are our policies regarding digital downloads, custom products, custom songs, and refunds. If you have any questions please reach out at support@inkandimpact.ca.
Digital Product Refund Policy
All sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review the product details prior to purchase.
Custom Merchandise Refund Policy
All custom merchandise created through Printful or any other third-party provider is non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the products.
File Access & Support
After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link for your digital products. Please download your files promptly as download links may expire.
Incorrect or Defective Files or Products
If you receive a defective digital file or a custom product with a print error, contact us at support@inkandimpact.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. We will help resolve the issue and provide a replacement where necessary.
Terms of Use for Digital Products
All digital products are for personal or limited commercial use as outlined in the product description. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim the digital files as your own.
Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and representations of all products on our website. However, due to variations in screen displays and devices, colours may differ slightly. Please contact us if you need further clarification before purchasing.
Changes to Our Policies
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and customers are encouraged to review the policies before making new purchases.
Composed for You — Custom Song Policies
The following policies apply specifically to all custom song orders placed through Ink & Impact's Composed for You service.
No Refunds on Custom Songs
All custom song purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the personal, custom, and time-intensive nature of this service, refunds cannot be issued once your order has been placed and your questionnaire has been submitted.
AI-Assisted Production
Every custom song is written and guided by a human lyricist. AI tools are used to assist in the lyric writing and music production process. By purchasing a custom song you acknowledge and accept this.
Song Delivery
Your finished custom song will be delivered as a high quality .wav file sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from questionnaire submission
- Rush delivery add-on: within 12–48 hours of questionnaire submission
- Revision add-on: an additional 2–3 business days following revision request
Song Rights & Personal Use Licence
The rights to your custom song remain with Ink & Impact upon delivery. You are granted a personal use licence which allows you to:
- Listen to, keep, and enjoy your song privately
- Share your song privately with friends and family
- Gift your song to the person it was created for
- Play your song at personal events such as weddings or celebrations
Questionnaire & Creative Responsibility
The quality and accuracy of your custom song depends on the detail and accuracy of the information you provide in your questionnaire. Please take your time filling it out carefully.
Ink & Impact is not responsible for songs that do not meet expectations due to incomplete, vague, or inaccurate questionnaire submissions. If you would like changes made following delivery, a Revision add-on may be purchased separately.
Rush Delivery & Add-Ons
Rush delivery and revision add-ons must be purchased at the time of your original order or before your questionnaire is submitted. Add-ons cannot be applied retroactively after your song has entered production.
