From there, I write the lyrics and produce a complete song — your genre, your “vibe”, your words brought to life in music. Whether it's a gift, a milestone, a memory, or something you just need to say — this is the most personal way to say it.

  • Standard delivery within 3-7 business days.

  • Rush delivery is anywhere from 12-48 hours upon receiving payment/order

  • Revision add-on is for 1 revision only after delivery of song. Rush delivery does not account for the revision delivery as well.

The rights to your custom song remain with Ink & Impact. Upon delivery you are granted a personal use licence to listen to, share privately, and gift your song freely.

Your song may not be distributed, monetized, uploaded to streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube for monetary gain, or used for any commercial purpose.
Our Commitment to You

Ink & Impact will not use your custom song for our own commercial or monetary gain following delivery. Your song is created for you and who you choose to gift it to — that's it.
Artist & Voice Likeness
No artist imitation
Custom songs cannot be based on, replicate, or imitate the voice or likeness of any real artist or public figure. Vocal style descriptions are used as general creative direction only.

Refund Policy

All custom song purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the personal, custom, and time-intensive nature of this service, refunds cannot be issued once your order has been placed and your questionnaire has been submitted. Please take your time filling out your questionnaire carefully — the more detail you provide, the better your result.

If you feel that something important was missed or that your song does not reflect what you submitted in your questionnaire, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right. A Revision add-on is available for $20 CAD and covers one full round of lyric edits. We genuinely want you to love your song — don't hesitate to get in touch if something feels off.
