Frequently Asked Questions
What format will I receive my song in?
Your finished song will be delivered as a high quality .wav file sent directly to the email address you provide at checkout. You'll be able to download, save, and keep it forever.
What if I don't like my song?
All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the custom nature of this service. If you feel something important was missed, please reach out — your satisfaction matters. A revision add-on is available for purchase if you'd like changes made to the lyrics.
Can I use my song on social media?
You're welcome to share your song privately and gift it freely. However your song may not be uploaded to streaming platforms, monetized, or used for any commercial purpose. Personal sharing — think playing it at a wedding or sending it to a friend — is absolutely fine.
Do you write songs in other languages?
At this time all custom songs are written in English only. If you have specific words or phrases in another language you'd like included, mention it in your questionnaire and we'll do our best to incorporate them naturally.
Can I request a specific singer or voice?
Songs are produced using AI music generation and cannot be based on, replicate, or imitate the voice of any real artist or public figure. You can describe the general vocal style you're looking for — for example warm and soulful, bright and poppy, deep and emotional — and we'll match the production as closely as possible to that feel.
How many revisions are included?
Every order includes one complimentary minor adjustment if something small was missed. For a full round of lyric edits, the Revision add-on is available for an additional $20 CAD and covers one complete revision of your song.
