Terms & Policies

By engaging with Ink & Impact's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully. If you have any questions, reach out to us at support@inkandimpact.ca.

Cancellations

Clients must request the cancellation of any plans, services, or subscriptions 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@inkandimpact.ca.

Clients cannot cancel services on their own and must go through Ink & Impact for all cancellation requests.

If no work has been done, it is at our discretion whether to issue a refund for the current month. However, refunds are typically not given for work that has already been paid for and where efforts have been made.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a meeting or service, please provide 48 hours' notice by emailing hello@inkandimpact.ca.

Requests made less than 72 hours before the meeting will result in the meeting fee being non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Payments for services and subscriptions are due as outlined in the initial contract. Any processing fees (3%) will be added to each invoice.

Non-payment by the applied due date in the invoice may result in service suspension until the balance is paid in full.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered or work has begun. Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Ink & Impact.

Modifications to Services

Any changes to service plans or deliverables must be requested in writing via email. We will review the changes and provide confirmation or alternative solutions based on availability and scope.

Intellectual Property

All designs and materials remain the intellectual property of Ink & Impact until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.

Ink & Impact retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials.

Disclaimer of Liability

While Ink & Impact strives to deliver high-quality services, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from the use of our products or services. This includes issues such as service delays, digital download errors, or unexpected disruptions.

Clients acknowledge that any advice or recommendations provided are for informational purposes and are followed at their own discretion.

Service Availability

All services provided by Ink & Impact are subject to availability. Occasionally, service delivery may be impacted by unforeseen events such as technical difficulties, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. We will notify clients of any disruptions as soon as possible and work to reschedule or resolve the issue.

Force Majeure

Ink & Impact is not responsible for any failure to perform or delays in providing services due to events beyond our control. These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other acts of God. In such cases, we will make every effort to fulfill our obligations as soon as circumstances permit.

Changes to Services and Pricing

Ink & Impact reserves the right to modify services and pricing at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes to ensure transparency. Changes to ongoing services or subscriptions will take effect in the next billing cycle following the notification.
